摘要 煤炭港口、煤矿、火力发电厂等在煤炭皮带机输送过程中会产生大量粉尘,造成环境污染。静电除尘器、布袋式除尘器等干式除尘设备虽然能够满足环保要求,但设备耗电量大,运行成本高,在实际应用中受到很大制约。洒水除尘设备抑尘效果差,且用水量大影响煤炭品质。自行研发的单流体与双流体综合除尘系统结构简单,便于安装,用水量小,运行费用低,克服了现有技术的不足,在拓宽喷雾粒径范围的基础上,通过多样化的喷雾形式,实现高效快速抑尘。 A large amount of dust is generated during the working process of belt conveyor in coal port, coal mine and thermal power plants, which can cause pollution to the environment. Dry dust collectors such as electrostatic precipitators and bag filters although can meet the environmental protection requirement, but they are greatly restricted in the practical application process due to its large power consumption and high running cost. Other types of dust collectors such as sprinkler dedusting equipment may consume a lot of water and thus may affect coal quality. Based on broadening the spray particle size range and through a variety of spraying form, the single-fluid and double fluid integrated dedusting system has overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and can achieve fast and efficient dust collection with its simple structure, easy installation, small water consumption, low running cost.
