摘要
以国内2套相似石化装置中同一组大型上进上出离心泵为例,比较了不同工艺要求下,2种配管方案中应力分析、支吊架设置和泵的操作及检修等方面的不同。通过优化和调整方案后,使应力结果满足泵进出口受力的要求,管道支吊架设备更为合理,方便泵的操作和检修。
Taking the same large horizontal centrifugal pump in two similar petrochemical plants in China for example,this article analyzes the differences in stress analysis,piping support design and the operation and maintenance of pumps between two different piping designs under different process requirements.By optimizing and adjusting the piping design,the stress results can meet the requirements of inlet and outlet nozzles,and the piping support design is more reasonable for the easy operation and maintenance of pumps.
