典型板式塔的管口方位研究

RESEARCH ON NOZZLE ORIENTATION OF A TYPICAL PLATE TOWER

板式塔是一类用于气液系统的分级接触传质-传热设备,广泛应用于石油化工装置中。以某PO/MTBE装置中的PO产品塔为例,此塔型形式比较复杂,需综合考虑工艺条件、塔内件型式、操作检维修的要求以及管道的应力分析,最终确定管口方位。

Plate tower is kind of heat and mass transfer equipment for gas-liquid or liquid-liquid system,and is widely used in petrochemical units.This paper takes a PO product column in a PO/MTBE plant as an example.Since the plate type in the PO product column is complicated,the process conditions,the type of column internals,the requirements of operation and maintenance,as well as the stress analysis of piping should be taken into account to determine the feasible nozzle orientation.
