摘要
为了解决大型汽轮机管道布置问题,基于某大型催化裂解装置汽轮机管道应力分析过程,阐述了汽轮机管道应力分析安全评定方法、大型汽轮机管道布置方法、管道支架设置原则、汽轮机管道应力分析工况组合。通过管道应力分析解决了大型汽轮机管道布置问题。
In order to solve the piping layout problems of large steam turbine,this paper discusses the safety assessment method for stress analysis of steam turbine piping,the method for piping layout of large steam turbine,the principle of piping support design and the case combinations of steam turbine piping stress analysis based on the piping stress analysis of a large steam turbine in a catalytic cracking unit.Through piping stress analysis,the piping layout problems of large steam turbine are solved.
