摘要
介绍空分装置直接空冷式汽轮机热井和集液箱液位控制方式。热井和集液箱液位正常运行中多次波动造成压缩机组联锁停车,通过对液位波动的原因进行分析,提出改进措施,并对热井和集液箱液位相关联锁值进行了修改、调试。改进后热井和集液箱液位运行稳定,再未发生因热井和集液箱波动造成机组停车的事故。
This article introduces the level control mode for the hot well and sump of direct air-cooled turbine in air separation unit. In normal operation, frequent level fluctuation in the hot well and sump resulted in the interlock shutdown of compressor unit.By analyzing the reasons for level fluctuation,some improvement measures were put forward,and level-related interlocking value for the hot well and sump was modified and debugged.After the improvement,the level in the hot well and sump was stable,and the compressor unit was no longer shut down due to the level fluctuation in hot well and sump.
