新型城镇化背景下四川省基础设施建设金融支持研究

Study on the Financial Support for Infrastructure Construction under the Background of New- type Urbanization

新型城镇化的发展着重强调以人为核心,实现农民工市民化是其关键所在,即使农民工在就业、医疗卫生、社会保障等方面和城镇居民享有均等的待遇。本文把新型城镇化的主要影响因素分为宏观因素和微观因素,并构建了四川省新型城镇化主要影响因素的指标体系,进行回归分析,实证结果显示,基础设施建设是四川省推进新型城镇化的主要影响因素。通过对四川省金融支持与新型城镇化之间的协调状况分析,结果显示,四川省对新型城镇化发展的金融支持力度不够,应主要通过金融支持来发展基础设施建设。

The key of promoting human - centered new - type urbanization is to realize citizenization of peasant - workers, so that migrant rural workers and urban residents enjoy equal treatment in employment, health, social security and other aspects. In this essay, the main influencing factors of the new - type urbanization are divided into macro factors and micro factors, building the main influencing factor index system of new - type urbanization in Sichuan Province. Regression analysis showed that infrastructure construction is the main factors influencing the level of urbanization in Sichuan Province. Through analysis of financial support to coordinate the situation and the new urbanization in Sichuan Province showed that financial support for new - type urbanization development in Sichuan Provinee is not enough. Finally, in the case of general scarcity of funds, the essay holds that financial support should be mainly for infrastructure construction.
