摘要
饮食礼仪是各种礼仪的渊薮,《礼记》被视作古代礼仪的经典之作,本文从《礼记》中所记录的祭祀、日常饮食、丧葬三个方面饮食礼仪,来揭示先秦社会尊天敬祖,尊老敬贤,顺应四时的饮食理念。
Diet etiquette is the origin of etiquette. Book of Rites is regarded as a classic of ancient etiquette. This essay will explore aspects of diet etiquette and rite in terms of the sacrifice, funeral recorded in Book of Rites to reveal the food and drink notion of respect the god, the ancestors, the old and the saints and the idea of adhering to the seasons in pre - Qin society.
