论抗日战争初期宇垣—孔祥熙“和平交涉”的出台及破产

The Analysis on the Publication and Bankruptcy of Yukoan—Peace Negotiation by Kong Xiangxi during the first phase of anti- Japanese War.

宇垣——孔祥熙"和平交涉",是抗日战争进入相持阶段以前,日本外相宇垣一成与国民政府行政院长孔祥熙代表各自政府进行的第一次直接的交涉。这次交涉的出现,是中日双方多种因素相互作用的结果。主要包括:国民政府奉行的对日抵抗与和平解决的双重政策;日本"速战速决"战略的失败与政局的变化;宇垣一成个人的作用。谈判没有取得结果的原因在于日本方面所提出的过于苛刻的条件。

Before the anti -Japanese War entry to the durable phase, Japanese Foreign Minister Yukoan and Chinese National Government administrative Minister Kong Xiangxi promised the Peace Negotiation. The negotiation was the result of the interaction of varied factors between China and Japan, whieh included the National Governmental resistance and peaceful resolution policy; the failure of the Japanese Instant Policy and the change of the situation; the influence of Yukoan. The Japanese trenchant desire made the conference abortive.
