Two Interpretation on Sichuan Contract Documents in Qing Dynasty

四川契约文书有很高的语言研究价值。文章主要通过排比归纳、分析语境、比较相同句式结构考释了四川契约文书"扫卖"、"概行"的词义,认为"扫卖"是全部出卖义,"概行"为一律、全部。《汉语大词典》未收"扫卖"及"概行"的一律、全部义,可补。

Sichuan contract documents have a high language research value. This essay explores and interprets ＂sao mai＂ and ＂gai xing＂ mainly through parallelism induction, context analysis, comparison the same sentence in the Sichuan contract documents. It is concluded that ＂sao mai＂ means ＂sell＂, ＂gai xing＂ has the meaning of ＂all, whole＂. The Great Chinese Dictionary doesn＇t inelude the word of ＂sao mai＂, and ＂gai xing＂, but it can complement.
