随着国际化水平、国际化进程的进一步发展,高校急需改变目前的学生出国交流管理水平,构建完善的出国交流培养管理机制从而保障国际化人才培养质量,论文从组织机构、制度建设、管理模式等方面探讨高校如何构建有效的学生出国交流管理机制。

With the further development of internationalization, colleges and universities need to change the eurrent management level of exchange and to eonstrnet perfeet management meehanism in order to guarantee the quality of talents internationalization. This thesis diseusses how to eonstruet an effective management mechanism of exchange in colleges and universities from the aspeets of organization, system eonstruetion and management mode.
