Research on the Value of Onerous Loan for College Students from Economically Disadvantaged Families

高校家庭经济困难学生有偿资助是高校资助制度发展的总体趋势。现阶段高校家庭经济困难学生的资助方式主要以无偿资助为主,这种资助方式下,给高校资助工作及高校人才的培养带来了挑战。有偿资助是应对无偿资助所凸显问题的可尝试性手段,认同有偿资助价值,将"输血"转化为"造血",有助于实现高校人才培养的根本价值诉求。

The onerous loan for college students from economically disadvantaged families is overall development trend of university funding system. At the present, college students from economically disadvantaged families are mainly funded in free financing. In this subsidy, ehallenges goes to the work in the universities and the cultivation of the talents. Onerous loan is a tentative means to deal with the problems in free fund. The recognition for this way of funding converts ＂blood transfusion＂ to ＂hematopoiesis＂ which contributes to achieve the fundamental value of university talents training.
