Study on Financial Professional Training- teaching Based on EIP- CDIO Cultivation Mode

实训教学是培养高技能创新型金融人才的重要环节,但在实施的过程中存在较多的问题。借鉴EIPCDIO工程教育模式,构建金融人才能力培养体系,设计与之相适应的嵌入式一体化实训教学体系,完善校内外三个支撑平台是金融实训教学建设的有效途径。

Training- teaching is an important part for cultivating high skilled innovative financial professionals, but there are many problems in the implementation. With reference to EIP- GDIO engineering education mode, building ability training system for financial professionals, designing embedded integrated training -teaching system which adapts to the above one, and improving three on - campus and off - campus supporting platform are the effective ways to construct financial training - teaching.
