从管理沟通课程的特点入手,结合案例教学成功的教学经验,说明在管理沟通课程中引入案例教学的必要性;肯定了案例教学在管理沟通课程中的积极作用;指出了管理沟通课程案例教学的难点及改进策略,为管理类课程的教学改革提供思路.

Combined with the successful cases in teaching,the necessities of introducing case study into the course of Management and Communication are stated based on the characteristics of this course; besides,the positive role played by case study is reconfirmed and the teaching difficulties and coping strategies are discussed in order to provide some suggestions for the reform of teaching methods in management courses.
