摘要 明清时期两广地区经济繁荣,物质丰富,市镇崛起,迎神祭祖繁多,乡饮宴会成风,酿酒业发展迅速。依据当地丰富的自然资源和先进的酿酒技术,两广老百姓酿制了本地特色之酒,并造就了不少名酒。酿酒业的发展反过来又带动了百姓饮酒之潮,进一步促进了乡饮之风,从而形成了有两广地方特色的酒文化。 Guangdong and Guangxi areas witnessed an economic boom, abundance of materials, spring-up of towns and cities, numerous ancestors worship activities, common practice of township festivities and rapid development of wine-making industry during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The civilians of Guangdong and Guangxi prooduced wines with local characteristics, giving birth to numerous wines of well-known brands. The development of wine industry, in turn, led to wine drinking preferences among the civilians and further promoted township drinking practice, contributing to wine euhure with local characteristics.
