高等教育对广西经济增长贡献率的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Contribution Rate of Higher Education to Guangxi Economic Growth

采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,结合人力资本理论和教育综合指数法,计算2005~2013年广西高等教育对经济增长贡献率,发现广西从业人员受教育程度偏低、教育投入经费不足、经济增长对高等教育依赖性不强等因素,导致广西高等教育对经济增长贡献率低。提出加大高等教育投入、提高政策扶持力度、优化人才培养和专业设置、推进科技成果转化等建议。

Use is made of Cobb-Douglas production function, combined with human capital theory and ed- ucation comprehensive index method to calculate contribution rate of Guangxi higher education to econom- ic growth during 2005 and 2013, and then an analysis is made of the calculation result, which suggests low education level of practitioners, inadequate educational investment and light dependence of economic growth on higher education, giving birth to low contribution rate of higher education to Guangxi economic growth. Accordingly, efforts should be made to increase high education investment, improve policy support and optimize talent training and settings.
