再次冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床现状 被引量:2

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植手术(CABG)是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病目前最有效的治疗方式之一,但是在CABG术后,引起冠状动脉粥样硬化的病变因素仍然存在,部分患者将重新产生心肌缺血而诱发心绞痛症状。此外,如CABG适应证选择不当、初次CABG时再血管化不完全、外科吻合技术差异、术后抗血小板治疗、冠心病二级预防治疗不规范等原因,使部分患者需要进行再次血运重建,
