高速精密压力机预应力机身有限元分析

摘要 为研究高速精密压力机机身稳定性,本文对公称力为1250k N的高速精密压力机建立有限元模型,根据螺杆-立柱的载荷-位移图确定预紧力,采用接触单元研究机身工作时的闭合状态,采用预紧力单元模拟拉紧螺栓的预紧力。计算了机身受2000k N预紧力,2000k N预紧力+1250k N工作载荷这两种工况下的应力、位移、接触状况。最大工作载荷下的机身等效应力最大值为395MPa,位于螺杆下端与螺母旋合处,但机身是安全的,各部分的接触状态良好,在选定的预紧力下机身结构是闭合的。结果表明采用接触单元和预应力单元对压力机机身进行模拟计算是有效的,能够反映机身结构的稳定性。 In order to study the fi'ame stability of high-speed preeise press, the finite element model has been built to high-speed precision press with 1250kN nominal force in the text. The pre-tightening force has been determined according to the screw-column load-displacement map. The closed working condition of press frame has been studied with the contact elements. The pre-tightening force of tension bolt has been simulated with pre-tightening element. The stress, displacement and contaet status of two working conditions for frame have been calculated with 2000kN preload and 2000kN preload + 1250kN working load. The maximum effective stress of frame is 395MPa under the maximum working load where is at combination between the screw bottom and nut while the press frame is safe.There is good contact state in each parts. The press frame is completely closed un- der the selected pre-tightening force.The results have showed that the simulated calculation to the press frame by use of contact and pre-tightening elements is effective which can reflect the stability of the press frame.
