摘要
本文基于三维造型软件Pro/E建立了CDW11XCNC-300/420×3200(冷/热卷)微控水平下调式三辊卷板机的仿真模型。使用Workbench有限元软件对高机架进行模态分析,得到各阶固有频率和各阶振型图,并在分析结果基础上提出改进方案以优化其结构性能。
The simulation model of CDWllxCNC - 300/420x3200 (cold/hot coil) micro control three rolls plate bender with bottom rolls adjustable horizontally has been established on the basis of 3D modeling software Pro/ENGINEER. Natural frequency and vibration drawing of each period have been gained on modal analysis of high rack by use of Workbench software. The improved proposal has been put forward in order to optimize its structural prosperity on the basis of analysis result.
