机器人冲压生产线重力对中台的柔性化改造方案探讨

针对现有重力对中台的优缺点进行分析,探讨提升重力对中台柔性的方法,提出了插入销式挡块、转动支架、伸缩支架以及传感器调整支架的改造方案。改造后的重力对中台柔性提升效果显著,为传统冲压自动化生产线改造升级提供有益参考。

The advantages and shortages of existing gravity centering table have been analyzed. The solutions of promoting flexibility to gravity centering table has been presented, such as pin stop dogs, rotary arms, telescopic arms and the adjustable supports for sensor. The flexibility of reformed gravity centering table has been improved evidently. It provides reference for reforming and upgrading the traditional automatic stamping production line.
