摘要
ANSYS软件的APDL语言能方便地建立弹簧类软件的参数化模型,而MSC.MARC则有很强的接触等非线性问题处理能力,通过把这二者结合起来,能完美实现非线性弹簧的有限元分析。以变节圆柱螺旋弹簧为例,介绍了有限元分析的实现过程。
It's convenient to achieve the parameter modeling using the APDL language of ANSYS, and the MSC. MARC is powerful in solving the contact nonlinear. We can easily model and doing FEA of nonlinear springs by combining the two software. Taken the variable pitch spiral spring as an example , This paper introduced the procedure.
