摘要
首先通过建立散热器的三维模型,然后建立了盘管散热器的边界为导热传热和辐射传热的热—固耦合分析模型,并利用ANSYS CFX流体分析软件进行模拟分析,得到了散热器的三维温度场及分布云图,并在计算机上得到了直观的显示,进而可以对结构上不足的地方进行优化和改进。
