摘要
建立了民用飞机起落架缓冲系统的数学模型,并根据建立的模型在ADAMS/Aircraft仿真模块中建立了全机虚拟样机模型,然后在两种不同跑道上进行了滑跑仿真,分析了具有单腔和双腔缓冲器的飞机在两种跑道上滑跑的动态响应。结果表明,双腔缓冲器的飞机在粗糙道面上滑跑时产生的过载和峰值载荷较小,而且振动也较单腔缓冲器飞机平缓,并且具有良好的越过连续小丘的能力。双腔缓冲器能够更好地提高机组人员及乘客的舒适性,并在一定程度上减小机体疲劳载荷延长飞机的使用寿命。
A full-aircraft virtual prototyping model of civil aircraft was educed in ADAMS/Aircraft simulation module with the establishment of the mathematical model of shock absorber of civil aircraft landing gear. Dynamic response of aircraft with single-chamber and double-chamber absorber was analyzed after developing of taxi simulations on two different runways respectively. Simulation results show that the overload and peak forces of aircraft with double-chamber absorber are smaller than that of aircraft with single-chamber absorber while taxiing. In addition, it produces slighter vibration. Double-chamber absorber can improve comfort properties of air crew and passengers. Simultaneously it can reduce fatigue load thus to prolong the life of aircraft.
