通过对目前大多数专用车生产厂家总装装配现状的分析,提出钢丝绳牵引线在专用车装配线上应用的技术,并针对这一技术方案进行设计与核算,主要部件的功能简介和选择,使用过程中的相关工艺设计要求,技术方案中的主要技术参数及要求进行一一说明。

Through the analysis of the present situation of the general assembly and assembly of the most special vehicle manufacturers,the technology of application of wire rope traction line in special vehicle assembly line is presented, and to design and calculation of the technical scheme, the main components of the function of the introduction and selection, the use process of the relevant process design requirements, technical plan of the main technical parameters and requirements were described.
