Research and Practice of Integrated Maintenance Management Strategy for Volume Package Equipment

根据卷烟、包装设备运行特点、工艺要求等,从故障停机时长、影响范围、发生频次、质量风险、维修成本等方面对设备故障综合评估。通过对设备故障信息的统计、分析、评价,研究故障发生的规律,制定故障再发防止措施,针对典型故障,优化作业流程,制定维修标准化SOP。通过对设备故障发生机理的研究,针对不同故障、隐患,选择相应的维修策略,建立一套基于设备状态的设备维修体系,保证设备的正常运行和产品质量。

According to the characteristics of the operation of cigarette, packaging equipment, technical requirements, etc~, from the failure of the long, the impact of the range, frequency, quality, maintenance costs and other aspects of the comprehensive assessment of equipment failure. Through statistics, analysis and evaluation of equipment failure information, the law of failure occurrence is studied, and the fault prevention measures are formulated to optimize the operation process and the maintenance standard SOP. Through the research on the mechanism of the equipment failure, according to the different faults and hidden troubles, the corresponding maintenance strategy is chosen to establish a set of equipment maintenance system based on equipment condition, and guarantee the normal operation and product quality.
