摘要
通过长期对挖掘机结构件制造工艺、失效案例的分析、研究,经济、有效地把磁粉探伤技术应用于焊缝、铸钢件的表面裂纹的检测,并指导焊接、铸造等过程的改进,避免带有裂纹缺陷的结构件被使用,能够大幅度提升挖掘机结构件的可靠性。
Through long-term analysis and research about excavator structure manufacturing process and the failure case, the magnetic powder inspection technology is used to detect the weld and steel surface crack economically and effectively, and to improve the process, such as welding, casting, avoiding that the structure with crack is used, greatly improving the reliability of the excavator structure.
