高职院校创业型人才培养模式研究

我国经济体制的转轨、产业结构调整和知识经济的发展迫切需要大批具有创业精神和实践、创新能力的人才,而大学生创业教育已成为现代教育的新一种教育体系,也是社会发展改革的新趋势,如何培养学生的创业意识、创业精神,提升学生的创业能力,培育具有较高综合素质,使学生成为具有可持续发展能力的创新创业型技能人才变得很关键,本文分析了高职院校培养创业型人才的必要性,在多年实践的基础上,提出了在多元智能视野下,高职院校应构建适应经济社会发展需要的高技能、创业型人才培养模式,对教育模式的基本框架、教育模型和实施路径进行了探讨。

The transition of economic system of our country, the industrial structure adjustment and the development of knowledge economy urgently need a large number of entrepreneurial talent, innovation spirit and practice ability. And college students＇ entrepreneurship education has become a new kind of modern education system and and a trend of social development and reform. How to cultivate students＇ consciousness of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial spirit, improve the students＇ career ability to become innovative entrepreneurial skills talents with sustainable development ability is very critical.
