摘要
一个企业的财务管理目标与社会责任之间既有契合又有矛盾,本文在把握财务管理目标与社会责任概念的基础之上,对两者之间的契合和矛盾进行阐述,对财务管理目标与社会责任的关系作进一步的说明,并在分析我国企业社会责任缺失的现状和成因的基础上,给出解决这一问题的对策。
It exists agree ＆ contradiction between the financial management aim ＆ social responsibility of the enterprise. This article expatiates their relationship on the basis of holding their conception. It brings out the solving countermeasures for the analysis of our enterprise＇ s losing conditions ＆ reasons of the social responsibility lose.
