双排螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值

The application of double spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

目的对双排螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值给予探讨。方法、选取我院2013年12月至2014年12月收治的33例肠梗阻患者，对所有患者的双排螺旋资料予以回顾性分析。结果双排螺旋C对肠梗阻的显示率为100％，诊断肠梗阻病因的准确率为90．9％，诊断肠梗阻部位的准确率为96．1％，诊断绞窄性肠梗阻的准确率为100％。结论在肠梗阻的诊断中，双排螺旋CT的使用，对肠梗阻的显示、病因诊断、部位诊断及绞窄性诊断均具有较高的准确率，应用价值很高。

Objective To investigate the application effecof double spiral Cin the diagnosiof intestinal obstruction. Method33 caseof intestinal obstruction in ouhospital from Decembe2013 to Decembe2014 underwendouble spiral Cscan, retrospectively analyzed theiclinical data. ResultThe display rate of double spiral Cfointestinal obstruction wa100%, the accurate rate of diagnosiof intestinal obstruction pathogenesiwa90.9%, the accurate rate of diagnosiof intestinal obstruction site wa96.1%, the accurate rate of diagnosiof strangulated intestinal obstruction wa100%. Conclusion Double spiral Cin the diagnosiof intestinal obstruction hahigh diagnostiaccuracy in the display of intestinal obstruction, pathogenesis, site, strangulated intestinal obstruction, with high application value.
