牛奶子根多糖的抗氧化性与抑菌作用

摘要 利用水提醇沉法从牛奶仔根中提取多糖,再经初步纯化后,进行多糖的抗氧化与抑菌作用实验。结果表明,牛奶仔根多糖对DPPH和O2-·有较强的清除作用,最高清除率分别为(84.02±2.84)%和(72.09±5.24)%;对·OH的清除作用效果一般,最高清除率只有(44.2±2.72)%。牛奶仔根多糖对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均具有一定的抑制作用,对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较为明显。 Polysaccharide in Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb. was extracted by water extraction and ethanol precipitation in this study. The polysaccharide was further purified and its antioxidant and antimicrobial activities were investigated. The results showed that the polysaccharide from Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb. could significantly decrease the DPPH and superoxide anion radical. The decreasing rate of DPPH and superoxide anion radical could arrived at (84.02±2.84)% and (72.09±5.24)% respectively. However, the polysaccharide had little scavenging effect on ·OH and the decreasing rate could arrived at (44.2±2.72)%. Furthermore, it was found that the polysaccharide could inhibit the growth of Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. And the inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus was more significant than that on Escherichia coli.
