摘要
在醇-酮(3+7)介质中,富马酸比索洛尔与7,7,8,8-四氰基对二次甲基苯醌于35℃反应30min,形成1比1的络合物。络合物的稳定常数为4.8×103,最大吸收波长为845nm,表观摩尔吸光率为5.37×104·mol·cm-1富马酸比索洛尔的质量浓度在2.0~14mg·L叫范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.5%。采用此方法对片剂和胶囊样品中富马酸比索洛尔的含量进行测定,结果与药典法一致,加标回收率在99.0%以上。
In a medium of alcohol-ketone (3+7) mixture, bisoprolol fumarate was made to react with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane at 35℃ for 30 min to form a 1 : 1 charge-transfer complex, having its constant of 4. 8 5( 102 and its absorption maximum at the wavelength of 845 nm with its apparent molar absorptivity of 5.37× 104L· mo1-1 · cm -1 Linear relationship was found between values of absorbancy and mass concentration of bisoprolol fumarate in the range of 2. 0-14 mg· L-1. RSD (n=6) was found to be 1.5%. The method was applied to the determination of bisoprolol fumarate in its tablets and capsules, giving results in agreement with those obtained by the method given in pharmacopoeia. Values of recovery found by the standard addition method were over 99.0%.
