摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱法测定纺织品及皮革制品中甲氧基乙酸的含量。样品经甲醇超声提取45min后,经0.45μm的聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜过滤。在气相色谱分离中用Rxi-624silMS色谱柱(60m×0.32mm,1.8μm)为固定相,在质谱分析中采用全扫描和选择离子监测模式。甲氧基乙酸的质量浓度在0.05~10.0mg·L叫范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.5mg·kg-1。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在89.6%~111%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n-7)在2.1%~6.2%之间。
GC-MS was applied to the determination of methoxyacetic acid in textiles and leather products. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with methanol for 45 min, and the extract was filtered through PTFE microporous membrane of 0. 45μm Rxi-624sil MS chromatographic column (60 m×0. 32 mm, 1.8 μm) was used for GC separation and full-scanning mode and selected ion monitoring mode were adopted in MS determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of methoxyacetic acid was kept in the range of 0. 05--10. 0 mg · L -1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0. 5 mg· kg 1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 89.6 %-1110% with RSD's (n=7) in the range of 2.1%-6.2%.
