火工引燃药剂中硫、硝化棉、高氯酸钾分析方法改进

摘要 对火工引燃药剂中硫、硝化棉、高氯酸钾的分析方法进行了改进。分别采用苯、丙酮、热水溶解后抽滤,以连续重量法分析硫、硝化棉、高氯酸钾。硫的回收率在99.8%~100%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)为4.1%;硝化棉的回收率在99.7%~100%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)为3.3%;高氯酸钾的回收率在99.9%~100%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)为2.7%。本方法操作简单、安全,且周期缩短16h,节约了人力和材料。 Analytic methods for sulphur, nitrocellulose and potassium perchlorate in ignition compounds were improved. Continuous gravimetric method which used benzene, acetone and hot water as solvent individually and then filtrated was applied to analyze sulphur, nitrocellulose and potassium perchlorate. Values of recovery of sulphur were in the range of 99. 80%- 100%, and value of RSD (n= 10) of 4. 1%. Values of recovery of nitrocellulose were in the range of 99. 7%- 100%, and value of RSD (n= 10) of 3. 30//00. Values of recovery of potassium perchlorate were in the range of 99.9 %-100 %, and value of RSD (n= 10) of 2.7 %. The method was safe and simple. The test time was shortened 16 h, saving labor force and consumables.
