城市化进程中农民工身份建构的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on Identity Construction of Chinese Migrant Workers in Urbanization

农民工是当前中国城市化进程背景下的新生群体,他们面临着身份维度的多重挑战。文章基于质性访谈语料,借助身份建构的过程视角,分别从身份觉知、身份判断以及身份批评三个角度出发分析农民工的"身份建构"机制。结果发现:就身份觉知而言,农民工群体的身份范畴化较为多样,并在其质性话语的博喻式建构中得以彰显;就身份判断而言,农民工群体的"城市人"身份判断带有异化特点,而其"农村人"身份判断则带有归化倾向;就身份批评而言,农民工群体身份建构研究框架目前尚且处于"二元对立"阶段,下一步应该朝着"多元范畴"迈进。

It finds that CMW display a various range of identities with regard to identity awareness, which is saliently constructed in the form of textual metaphors; there is also an obvioustrend of ＂alienation for being urban and adaptation for being ru- ral＂ as for the identity judgment for CMW; as far as identity criticism is concerned, the framework of research is still confined in a ＂binary system＂, which is bound to advance toward multiplism in the near future.
