摘要
目的探讨α-硫辛酸联合小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(PDPN)的临床效果。方法将60例PDPN患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予α-硫辛酸静脉滴注,观察组联合小牛血清去蛋白提取物静脉滴注,均1次/d,用药2周。观察治疗前后胫神经、正中神经、腓总神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)与感觉神经传导速度(SNCV),并采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估治疗前后疼痛程度。结果两组治疗后胫神经、正中神经、腓总神经MNCV与SNCV均较治疗前提高(P<0.01),观察组提高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后VAS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论α-硫辛酸联合小牛血清去蛋白提取物治疗PDPN能有效改善患者病变神经传导速度及疼痛感,疗效确切。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid combined with deproteinized calf blood extract in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (PDPN). Methods Sixty patients with PDPN were randomly divided into two groups ( n = 30 in each). Patients in control group were-treated with-intravenous infusion of alpha lipoic acid ,while those in the obser- vation group were given the treatment combined with intravenous infusion of deproteinized calf blood extract. All the treatments were given once a day for two weeks. Observations of patients' tibial nerve, sural nerve, common peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction ve- locity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) before and after the treatment were carried out, visual analogue score (VAS) was used to evaluate pain degree before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, anterior tibial nerve, median nerve, peroneal nerve MNCV and SNCV in all patients in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment ( P 〈0.01 ) ,but those of patients in the observation group were higher than in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). VAS scores after treatment were decreased ( P 〈0.01 ) ,and those of the patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid combined with deproteinized calf blood extract is effective in the treatment of PDPN, which can improve patients' nerve conduction velocity and relieve pains.
