摘要
为了考察贫困大学生心理复原力的现状并提出相关心理资助对策,选取了320名贫困大学生作为研究对象,并采用大学生心理复原力量表对其进行测查。结果表明:有学生干部经历的贫困大学生在自我效能感和问题解决维度上显著高于没有学生干部经历的贫困大学生;无兼职经历的贫困大学生在自我接纳和问题解决维度上显著低于有兼职经历的贫困大学生;独生子女贫困大学生在家人支持维度上显著低于非独生子女贫困大学生。为此,应通过开展抗逆教育、人际关系辅导等方式促进贫困大学生心理复原力水平的提高。
To investigate the state of psychological resilience and propose some countermeasures of psychological aid among impoverished undergraduates,this paper surveyed totally 320 impoverished undergraduates and tested them with the Psychological Resilience Scale. The results showed that the ones with student cadre experience were obviously higher than those without in terms of self-efficacy and problem solving; the ones with part-time job experience were obviously higher than those without in terms of self-acceptance and problem solving; the ones without any brother or sister was obviously lower than those with brother or sister in terms of family support. Therefore,anti-setbacks education and interpersonal counseling should be conducted to improve psychological resilience of impoverished undergraduate.
