基于岗位能力的港口物流模块化教学设计探讨——以钦州学院为例

Discussion on Modular Teaching Design of Port Logistics Based on the Post Competence

北部湾地区港口物流人才及岗位需求主要有港口物流规划与设计、港口物流研发与管理、港口物流运维与服务三个层面。基于岗位能力的港口物流模块化教学设计应遵循实用性、系统性、弹性、可持续性的原则;设计内容包括港口物流供需调查、信息管理、运输管理、仓储及配送管理、企业物流管理、国际航运物流管理、与电商协同管理和软件操作;对学生的考核采用"定性+定量"的全面考核方式,由平时表现、实训、作业、理论考试等结合评价,并以定量方式呈现综合评价效果。

Port logistics talents and post needs in Beibu Gulf mainly lies in port logistics planning and design,port logistics development and management,and port logistics operation and maintenance and service. As the modular teaching design of port logistics should be based on the principle of ensuring practicability,systematicness,flexibility and sustainability,contents designed should include adjustment of logistics supply and demand,information management,transportation management,storage and distribution management,enterprise logistics management,international logistics management,and E-business coordinative management and software operation. Evaluation of students＇ learning consists of quantitative and qualitative methods,including class performance,practical training,assignments and theory test with a comprehensive assessment demonstrated by quantitative methods.
