通过对阳城县农民合作社创建和发展情况的总结分析,介绍了合作社发展特征,建设工作经验和做法,指出了存在问题。结合各地实践,提出了促进合作社规范化发展的合理化建议。

Through the summary and analysis of the farmers cooperative creation and development, this paper introduced cooperative＇s developmental characteristics, construction work experience and practice, pointed out the existing problems, putted forward reasonable suggestions to promote the development of cooperatives standardized combined with practice.
