摘要
烟草作为一种经济作物,其口感特性主要包括余味、刺激性和干燥感,受众多方面因素的影响,概述了基因型、生态因素、栽培措施、调控措施、加工工艺以及加香加料工艺等因素对烟草口感特性的影响。
As a kind of economic crop, tobacco possesses some taste characteristics such as aftertaste, irritation and dry sensation, which are affected by many factors. This article summarizes the influences of genotype, ecological factors, cultivation measures, control measures, processing technology, and perfuming and charging technology on the taste characteristics of tobacco.
