摘要
在重庆市建设用地节约集约利用评价成果的基础上,采用RS技术和GIS技术,探讨形成了更新评价范围划定技术,并在详细分析现有较成熟的影像变化信息快速识别方法缺陷的基础上,提出采用Arc Gis平台的Swipe功能,以基期影像图为基准,人工判读识别发生变化的建设用地,提高更新评价数据获取的便捷度和精准性。以期对建设用地节约集约利用更新评价的深入研究提供基础借鉴。
Based on the evaluation results of economical and intensive use of construction land in Chongqing, by using RS technology and GIS technology, the author explored and formed the technology of updated evaluation scope definition. Based on the detailed analysis of defects of the existing mature methods for the fast identification of image change information, this paper presented the technology of rapid and accurate accesses to the updated evaluation data of urban construction land economical and intensive use : using the Swipe function of ArcGis platform, taking the base-period image as a standard, and artificially interpreting and identifying the changed construction land. The aim of this study is to supply a basis for the further researches on updated evaluation of construction land economical and intensive use.
