This paper introduces the working condition and problems of large and medium-sized plant engineering consulting enterprises in promoting the integration of plant engineering consulting, supervision and inspection. By reorganizing and analyzing such problems, the management and control process for management interface division and standardization is studied and put forward. More advanced and practical innovation management methods are used, having a certain reference value and guiding significance for other similar enterprises to carry out supervision and inspection work.
