高校思想政治教育是对大学生进行社会主流意识形态教育,引导他们形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的重要渠道。思想政治教育目标的实现需要教育者和受教育者共同努力才能完成,而这二者之间的关系成为影响思想政治教育效果的关键,这个关键就是以谁为主体的问题。本文从教学双方作为交互主体的角度探讨主体互动模式及其意义,旨在探索提高思想政治教育实效性的途径。

The ideological and political education in Colleges is an important channel in educating the students in social mainstream ideology and in leading them to foster correct world outlook, views on life and values. In order to achieve the goal of Ideological and political education, we need the educators and those being educated to work together.The relationship between the two is the keypoint of the effect of Ideological and political education. This key is who is the subject of the problem. This paper discusses the subject interaction mode and its significance from the point of the two sides of the teaching as the main body of the teaching, and aims to explore the ways to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
