摘要
目前,我国商品批发市场正处于业态转型升级的过程中。根据商贸流通业发展的基本规律,通过分析我国商品批发市场区域分布的特点以及面临的主要冲击,本文把整合交易、商品展示、仓储物流、品牌推广、商品研发等多种功能为一体的商品批发市场作为新型批发业态的主要特征,提出未来商品批发市场将以市场网络的形式存在;并在分析了新型商品批发市场网络的功能定位,以及分市场网络的区域布局原则的基础上,对于商品批发业态的四种主要模式进行深入的剖析。
At present,wholesale markets are in the process of transition and upgrading. By analyzing regional features of commodity wholesale market and impaction it should be faced,based on economic law of distribution industry,this research considers new wholesale market should integrate integrated trading,commodity display,warehousing logistics,brand promotion,and product RD into a synthesize service and puts forwards future wholesale market should compete each other with form of market network; based on analyzing function position and principles of regional layout for sub-wholesale markets,four businesses modes of wholesale markets are analyzed respectively.
