轻金属基材用环氧底漆的设计和性能研究

摘要 介绍了一种应用于轻金属基材的特制环氧底漆的设计思路,并对产品配方进行了试验对比。试验结果表明,配方中添加多羟基环氧树脂可实现在轻金属基材上优异的附着力,应用于镀锌与不锈钢基材也具有同样良好的效果。产品具有良好的机械性能和耐盐雾性能,在工程机械等工业重防腐领域具有良好的应用前景。 Formula design of special epoxy primers for light metal substrates was introduced. Tests were carried out to evaluate varying formulas. Test results showed that the paint with poly-hydroxy epoxy resin had excellent adhesion on light metal substrate, when coated on galvanized and stainless steel substrates good performances could be achieved as well. The products had good mechanical properties and salt spray resistance. It could be applied in the field of engineering machinery and heavy duty industries etc..
