全断面岩石隧道掘进机液压技术研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 采用硬岩隧道掘进机进行隧道施工具有安全、快速、高效、经济、环保的优势,尤其是大直径、大埋深、长跨度、岩石地质的隧道掘进。液压系统在硬岩隧道掘进机上有着重要的地位,它涉及支撑、推进、换步、护盾等多个重要子系统的驱动和控制。本文对其液压系统在系统设计与控制、系统振动、安全与可靠性及节能技术方面的研究现状进行总结,并对液压技术的研究进行展望,以期为硬岩隧道掘进机液压技术的深入研究提供借鉴。 Constructing a rock tunnel with the hard rock tunnel boring machine( TBM) is safe,fast,efficient,economic,and environment friendly.The hydraulic system on TBM plays a very important role for driving and controlling the support,proposal,shield supporting etc.In this paper,the research status on design and control,system vibration,system safety and reliability,and energy-saving technologies for the hydraulic system of TBM is summarized.To propel the research of TBM's hydraulic technologies,some future research topics are presented.
