摘要
液压挖掘机一直以来都存在能量利用率不高的问题,在动臂下降过程中,动臂势能大部分通过液压系统转换成热能浪费掉。研究了一种以蓄能器为储能元件的动臂势能回收系统,分析了其工作原理,建立了挖掘机工作装置的Simulation X多体动力学仿真模型进行仿真研究,并讨论了蓄能器参数对能量回收效果的影响。仿真结果表明,该系统能够实现动臂势能回收,达到了较好的节能效果。
The energy utilization rate of hydraulic excavator is always low.In the boom falling process,the potential energy of boom is most converted into heat and wasted through the hydraulic system.A kind of boom potential energy recycling system is studied,in which an accumulator is used to store energy.The working principle of this system is analyzed and the multi-body dynamics simulation model of working device is established in Simulation X.The influence of accumulator parameters on the energy recycling rate is also discussed.Simulation results show that the system can recycle the hydraulic excavator boom potential and achieve a good energy-saving effect.
