浅水测试场测试用液压动力单元模块化设计 被引量:1

摘要 随着国内外油气资源开采迈向深水,水下生产装备的使用量剧增。国内无论作为水下生产装备集成商还是制造商,都需要建立测试系统,以对水下生产装备的液压控制系统进行测试。测试时采用液压动力单元为测试系统提供液压液。针对浅水测试和出厂验收测试所用的液压动力单元(THPU),在系统分析THPU的测试原理、被测设备的测试需求和相关标准要求的基础上,明确了THPU的功能要求,并完成了THPU液压系统原理图设计与THPU装置模块化设计。THPU设计满足浅水测试场水下生产装备的测试需求。 As the focus of oil and gas development and exploitation at home and abroad is shifted towards deeper water,the use of subsea production equipment is increasing rapidly.It is necessary for domestic integrators and manufacturers of subsea production equipment in China to build a test system for testing hydraulic control system of subsea production equipment.During the test,a hydraulic power unit is applied to provide with hydraulic fluid for the test system.We aim to give an accurate description about the test hydraulic power unit( THPU) used in shallow water test and factory acceptance test.Based on a systemic analysis of THPU test principle,test demand of tested equipment and related standards and requirements,the function requirement of THPU is defined.Then the principle diagram of THPU hydraulic system and the modularization of THPU equipment are designed.Experiments show that the result of THPU design can meet the test requirements of subsea production equipment in shallow-water test site.
