摘要
为延长装载机用叶片泵使用寿命,运用热切油膜理论研究叶片泵转子与定子摩擦副失效机理,提出叶片泵轴向间隙参数化设计方法。针对装载机用高压叶片泵浮动侧板磨损严重问题,以某型号装载机液压系统中高压叶片泵为研究对象,建立定子与转子间摩擦副数学模型,计算油膜温升改进叶片泵轴向间隙,完善叶片泵结构设计。试验数据表明,改进叶片泵轴向间隙后,该型号装载机叶片泵使用寿命满足设计要求。该研究为高压叶片泵摩擦副失效机理研究提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the vane pump's service life on the loader,the film theory is used to research the vane pump rotor and stator friction failure mechanism and the vane pump parametric design method of axial clearance is put forward.The mathematical model of friction between the stator and the rotor is established to calculate the temperature rise of the film to improve the blade shaft gap perfect vane pump design.Experimental data show that the model loader vane pump life meets the design requirements after the blade shaft gap is changed.
