摘要
航空航天行业中各类元器件需要做各种试验,其中的高低温寿命试验、高低温例行试验,试验周期长、能耗很高。以某型飞机前起落架转弯寿命试验为例,高温试验要求进入被试件的油液温度为(90±5)℃,低温试验要求环境温度达到-55℃,进入被试件的油液温度为(-40±5)℃,保持连续试验2 h以上。针对这些试验工况,研发设计了高低温油源系统、试验控制回路、计算机控制系统、油液制冷装置和管路系统,满足了试验要求并达到了高效节能的效果。
Various components in the aerospace industry need to do all kinds of test.The high-low temperature life test and routine testing have a long test cycle;the energy consumption is very high.In a certain type of aircraft nose landing gear turning life test,the oil temperature getting into testing structure is subject to( 90 ± 5) ℃ in the high temperature test.The environment temperature for low temperature test is-55 ℃,and the temperature of oil got into the testing structure is subject to(-40 ± 5) ℃ more than two hours.According to these test working conditions,we design the high-low temperature oil source system,the testing control circuit,the computer control system,the oil refrigeration units and the piping system,which meet the test requirement and achieve efficient energy saving.
