摘要 消防水炮稳流器结构对改善消防水炮水射流性能有着至关重要的作用。为了研究稳流器结构对消防水炮射流特性的影响,以消防水炮流道为研究对象,采用Fluent流场仿真软件对比分析了消防水炮炮头中安装及未安装星形稳流器对水射流性能的影响。同时,设计了一种多矩形稳流器结构,将其安装于消防水炮流道弯管的出口处;仿真分析了同时安装多矩形稳流器和星形稳流器的消防水炮出口水流流动状态。仿真结果表明该稳流器结构对于改善消防水炮内部水流流动状态有显著的效果,初步实验也证明同时安装多矩形稳流器和星形稳流器能明显提高消防水炮射程。 The straightener structure plays nitor. In order to investigate the effects of an important role in improving the jet performances of the fire water mo- straightener structure on the jet performance of the fire water monitor, the flow channel of the fire water monitor is selected, and the effects of the monitor head with or without a triangle straightener equipped on the water jet performance is analyzed in Fluent. Meanwhile, a new type of multi-rectangu- lar straightener is also proposed and installed at the outlet port of the monitor bend pipe, and simulation is carried out to investigate the flow state of the fire water monitor with multi-rectangular straightener and triangle straightener together. The simulation results show that the fire water monitor with multi-rec straightener has an obvious effect on improving the flow state in the flow channel, tests also show that the new structure can improve the jet range effectively.
