摘要
为了研究2D伺服阀控制液压单出杆缸位置闭环系统输出对输入的响应特性,设计了2D阀控单出杆实验的原理和结构及其同步电液数字伺服系统,并在此基础上完成2D阀控单出杆的稳定性分析和响应特性分析的实验研究。实验结果表明对2D阀控单出杆缸位置闭环实验,当输入信号幅值为0.1 V(8 mm)时,阶跃响应的上升时间为1.2 s,调整时间为2.5 s,系统稳态误差为0,-3 d B时对应的频宽为5 Hz。
To study the position closed loop system response of output to input of the single-rod hydraulic cylinders controlled by the 2D servo valve, through the the principles and structure of the single-rod hydraulic cylinders con- trolled by the 2D servo valve and synchronous digital electro-hydraulic servo system, and we complete the 2D valve regulated on the basis of a single stability analysis and response characteristics of the experimental analysis of the rod. Experimental results show that for the single-rod hydraulic cylinders controlled by 2D servo valve position closed loop experiments, when the input signal amplitude is 0.1 V (8 mm), the step response rise time 1.2 s, the time is adjusted to 2.5 s, the system is zero steady-state error and - 3 dB corresponding to the bandwidth of 5 Hz.
